1992-1996 Honda Prelude?

I'd say go with the inline 4 integra - for more performance go with a 99 Integra GS-R. Very good MPG's, easy to gain HP, and handles quite well. If you have to drive in heavy snow (>3 inches) very often, I'd say nether of these cars.
