Why do some promiscuous guys think they're better than the girls they sleep around with?

I've noticed some guys who sleep around with a lot of girls will talk badly about these types of girls and act like they deserve better. I've seen them say things like "there are girls that you ****, then there are girls that you marry". What makes them think they're better than the girls they sleep around with? If these girls are "wh0res", then what does this make them?
