President "reunion" on Saturday Night Live?

For whatever reason this is bugging me. On a mashup of clips from SNL regarding Presidents, there was a scene in the Oval Office where one president says to the other something like "You got off of the plane". They proceeded to randomly make out. Anyone know which presidents they were and who played them?
