I have windows 7 por 64 bit I wish ti install AutoCad r14 a 32 bit program How can I do this ?

I bought this studio XPS from Dell and they told me they could install the Cad 32 bit software but they tried for hours and then said that that it cant be done. But I have heard that it can be done...How?
