Extreme stomach pain: somethings seriously wrong?

I'm 16 and monday night I started to get severe stomach paints around 6. i figured it was indegestion or really bad cramps but then i threw up that night and spent most of the night awake in pain. yesterday morning i felt slightly better and even ate some, but now its 1 in the morning and ive woken up with severe stomach pains. i feel like im going to throw up and im doubled over in pain. it hurts from the bottom of my chest down to my bellyon and maybe a little bit more on the right side. im in so much pain right now i can't sleep and it hurts to breath really heavily. somethings really wrong. i thought appendecitis but its been like 30 something hours when i first started to feel sick. i have midterms tomorrow i can't miss school but im in so much pain right now. please any help is really appriciated
