Can the President kill whomever he wants so long as the target is monstrous and the public approves?

The short answer is Obama committed murder. While I think OBL should have been killed I also think Obama needs to go to jail for ordering a HIT. Unfortunately in the military we are not allowed to obey unlawful orders even if they come from the president. OBL should have been taken and prosecuted.
