Co-worker question (female needed)?

i have a female co-worker that constantly calls me someone elses name, I have corrected her from the begining of this situation but still 8 months later it continues, I have noticed that this trend reappears when I limit the amount of attention I give her, what is this about and how do I get her to stop doing this proffesionaly? I have tried nice and not so nice but always firm and now I am completly out of ideas.
