Is it time for Bill Stew (head coach wvu) to step down?

As a WVU fan, I think it is time, And i will not be sending any more checks, intell the time that bill stew is not the head coach. now i konw my 50 dollor check aint no big loss to wvu. But Bill is a grate guy, But he aint a head coach. I am thinking bill sould step down til it and Doc step up to head coach.. So who sould wvu look at to replace bill
