My cat just ate tinsel, what should I do?

They are about 10 months old and we didn't think they would get to it, we didn't put it near the bottom, but she climbed in. Anyways, we saw something hanging from her bottom and turns out it was tinsel. We pulled it out as gentle as we could but her stomach looks like she is breathing harder or something. It also feels like her ears are warmer than my other two cats (who didn't ingest any of it). Anyways, please tell me if she's okay and what I should do. I want to avoid a vet if I can. Thank you.
