What do you think of this guy (pg-13)?

I don't think you explained the story very well because you said the cops let him out in public but you didn't mention that in the story. That being said I believe that in these situations the parents of the child should be allowed to be locked in the room with the killer. The killer should be handcuffed and the parents should be allowed to execute whatever judgement they see fit. I personally would cut his head off with a spoon if he did that to my child.
