Is "gay marriage" just a deviant and cynical mockery of marriage?

Since marriage can only be between 1 man and 1 woman that must mean anything else is just meant to mock tradition and decency. Even if the state legalizes "gay marriage" it's still just the state legitimizing the deviant and cynical mockery of marriage that "gay marriage" is. And yes the divorce rate is a mockery of marriage but that doesn't negate the fact that "gay marriage" is nothing more than a mockery also.
