Please help me- my grandmother hates me.?

she screamed at me because i did not make varsity for indoor track and the banquet was today and she said i was pathetic that i am on JV and she said its pathetic that i didn't try hard enough she told me its pathetic. she made me cry infront of 300 people at hte banquet so i left. she said you should of SUCKED IT UP and SAT THERE and she kept screaming at me for sitting next to her and not my team, when i hate my team and the team hates me. what the hell should i do, i'm ignoring her at the moment, and she hates all the friends i have and she talks **** about them.
